1. Introduction and Scope of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Ticketprivatejet.com website and the booking services offered by Taoticket S.r.l. (hereinafter "Ticketprivatejet", "we" or "Company"), with registered office in Via Brigata Liguria 3/21, 16121 Genoa, VAT IT 06206400720.
Ticketprivatejet acts exclusively as a broker in aircraft chartering. We are not an airline nor a carrier. The air transport contract is stipulated directly between the Client and the air operator (Carrier) performing the flight. Ticketprivatejet facilitates the search, booking, and payment of the flight on behalf of the Client.

2. Bookings and Payment Methods

A quote request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A flight is considered confirmed only after:

  • Explicit acceptance of the quote by the Client (Lead Passenger).
  • Receipt of payment (or the agreed deposit amount) by Ticketprivatejet.
  • Issuance of the official flight documentation.

Group payments ("Split the cost"): Ticketprivatejet offers solutions to facilitate separate payments among passengers (e.g., PayPal, Scalapay, Credit Cards). However, the main Client (the person making the booking) remains solely and ultimately responsible for the full payment of the flight. In case of failure to pay the total balance within the established terms (generally 72 hours before takeoff, unless otherwise agreed), the flight will be canceled with the application of relative penalties.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation by the Client: If the Client decides to cancel the flight, the cancellation penalties established by the Carrier will apply. These penalties are generally tiered as follows (but may vary depending on the Carrier and will be specified in the final contract):

  • From the moment of confirmation up to 14 days before the flight: 20% or 30% penalty.
  • From 13 to 7 days before: 50% penalty.
  • Less than 7 days or in case of No-Show: 100% penalty.

Cancellation by the Carrier: In the event of flight cancellation by the operator (due to technical failures, force majeure), Ticketprivatejet will strive to promptly find an alternative of equal or higher standard. If the alternative is not accepted or not available, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Ticketprivatejet will not be responsible for any further damages or collateral costs incurred by the Client.

4. Passenger Obligations and Responsibilities (The "Crew")

It is the responsibility of all passengers to arrive at the VIP/FBO (Fixed Base Operator) terminal at the agreed time, equipped with valid identification documents for travel abroad (Passport or ID Card depending on the destination) and any required visas. The Carrier reserves the right to deny boarding in the absence of suitable documentation, without the right to any refund.
The transport of dangerous goods, weapons, or illegal drugs on board the aircraft is strictly prohibited.

5. Onboard Behavior and Damages

Our services are often chosen for celebratory events (e.g., bachelor/bachelorette parties). We encourage fun and the exclusivity of the experience; however, the Aircraft Commander is the highest authority on board and has the right to disembark or deny boarding to passengers who are disruptively intoxicated or who compromise the safety of the flight.
The main Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the interior or equipment of the aircraft (e.g., indelible stains, damage to furnishings, need for extraordinary deep cleaning) caused by themselves or members of their group. Any restoration costs charged by the Carrier will be invoiced to the Client.

6. Limitation of Liability (Force Majeure)

Ticketprivatejet and the Carrier cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or route diversions caused by force majeure events, including (but not limited to): adverse weather conditions, air traffic control (ATC) restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or decisions by public safety authorities.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian Law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or termination of this agreement, or in any way connected to it, the Court of Genoa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
